Advice & Tips:
If I could choose only one supplement to take it would be gingko biloba. It does wonders to improve my memory. I can also think more clearly since I have been taking it. When I first started taking this supplement it took a few months to notice any improvement but once it kicked in it was quite effective for me. It is a blood thinner so take caution when combining this supplement with statins or blood thinning drugs.
