Advice & Tips: It is an expensive drug but it worked wonders for me! The reason I stopped taking it is because Dr put me on Requip to help control tremors and it is for RLS too.

Advice & Tips: The drug worked great for about 1yr. Then my on time started getting shorter and shorter. And the symtems started getting worse. My doctor suggested a proceedure a Thalimotamy on the left side of the brain, to control the right side tremors. I am right handed. The proceedure was successful in helping to control the tremors. But I still have to takes this med. My doctor told me that the meds and the prceedures are only tools to combat the symtems, and not a cure...
