Advice & Tips: When I remember to take the 2 sprays per nostril 2x a day, I don't feel like I've got perma-phlegm at the back of my throat. My eyes and nose don't stream constantly anymore, though I am still blowing my nose a good amount. If you have post nasal drip, I'd give this a try.
