Advice & Tips: I really liked this product. I took it as suggested for about a month and noticed a marked improvement in my energy levels along with a decrease in pain. Sadly, I also noticed moderate to severe allergy symptoms. I believe the allergy was caused by one ingredient, the thistle. I'm going to see if source naturals makes a supplement without it.
