Advice & Tips: The problem I have with Tremedol along with other pain medications is that there are health risks to taking them if you take them for prolonged periods of time. I'm felt I was too young to be taking a drug for an undetermined length of time because this drug could have damaged my liver. Blood tests have to be given when Tremedol is used in a high dose. I was not on a high dose but I really didn't want to chance it.
