Advice & Tips: I've been taking for over 10 years. Works well with no side effects. My lousy insurance plan (Cigna), stopped covering a few years ago, but I continue to take, using a discount card from the manufacturer. Still not cheap, but I don't want to change (I can be stubborn); it works for me.
