Advice & Tips:
For the last 3 weeks I have been on a strict Paleo diet. However, I have noticed no cessation or slowdown in my progression. In fact I have had a noticeable decline in my left arm and left leg strength The first week I felt very good but by the third week I was feeling fatigue on a level I have not felt in a long time. I have lost about 10 lbs in the three weeks. It is very difficult to maintain body weight with this diet. I have decided to discontinue with the Paleo diet. I will continue to keep my intake of fruits and vegetable high but I have no choice but to supplement my diet with Ensure which is made with corn syrup.

Advice & Tips:
Inspired by Dr. Terry Wahl's experience with MS I am trying the Paleolithic diet. Of all the crazy stuff I am trying this is probably the riskiest because it is very hard to maintain weight on this diet. After the first week I feel like I have more energy but I am wary that while this might be true it could mask accelerated progression. I have already lost about 5 lbs since starting and I am trying to find high fat foods that are paleolithic friendly. The problem is that the body usually doesn't store these kinds of fats readily.
