Advice & Tips: I was called away suddenly to a different city and forgot to bring the hyoscyamus niger with me. If anything, my tremours were less off the hyoscyamus and they were on! Consequently, I consider it a waste of time.

Advice & Tips: I am in the process of titrating in using a 1:10 tincture of henbane prepared by my herbalist. I began at 10 drops a day and will continue to 40 drops per day unless side effects manifest. I am hoping that the anticholinergic effect will mitigate my tremors. After only 1 week there has been a signigicant decrease in tremors.
