Advice & Tips: Due to neuralgia I practice yoga sporadically as and when I can but feel better if I can practice regularly whether for 10 minutes almost every day or for 1 hour 2 or 3 times a week. Benefits are holistic - I feel energised and soothed physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. This helps me to manage the neuralgia symptoms more effectively by feeling powerful instead of powerless against the pain. Finding the time is up to me as it can be 10 minutes or longer according to my schedule and energy levels. However, when I am experiencing intense pain it is harder to feel motivated or to physically maintain a practice.
