Advice & Tips: I take at bedtime, as directed but within one week of taking I developed excessive fatigue!! Napping 2x/ day is how I make it through some days.. Some times I am still dizzy, but my BP and HR are so variable( even before treatment from dysautonomia) it s hard to tell what the culprit is. Doc says since it is helping my POTS he wants to keep me on it and hope the fatigue will subside. My BP (3/2/12 was high for me 120/70, usually fly 90's/ 60's... only have "PRECLINICAL" orthostatic Hypotension... I usualy drop about 10mm/Hg not 20. HR is low now 50's to low 60's. Starnge within minutes in the same position my BP retaken was 102/68... so you all have an idea.. I also noticed it helped some of my hand tremors that are really bad somedays and I find it difficult to write. OVerall this week was horrible Q of L...

Advice & Tips: Started 2 weeks ago.....may have helped the orthostatic tachy syndrome BUT, I am still dizzy and blood pressure laying/sitting down are lower 80/60, HR wnl , BP standing is higher t before, while HR is improved 70-80's standing. Today, however I feel horrible. Dizzy and so tired all day. HR has been in high 50's to low 60's, not regular rhythm. As expected.... I suppose it's a challenge treating tachy syndromes in patients with low BP. Have a follow up on thurs with Primary.
