Dosage: 30 mg Daily

Advice & Tips: I find this helps, some BUT I have to take it in the evening because it makes me CRAZY nauseous in the morning. Also if I take it within 4 hours of sleeping I get horrible NIGHTMARES, like half awake/half asleep, screaming nightmares that I can't wake from. Also, I can't take more than 30mg a day or my eyes will swell! Very rare side effect, but if you take this and notice a change in your vision, call your dr asap!
