Advice & Tips: My son took me off Aspartame over 20 years ago because his college professor said it was bad for ANYONE and I was already sick with something. He drove all the way home from college and threw out everything in the house with aspartame in it. Now, if I just taste the stuff I gag. Never eat or drink anything without checking first!
