Advice & Tips: The initial test I had on my arteries on Aug 19, 2010, showed a mild begining of clogged arteries on mid-arteries (Carotids). I just retested today 5-1-2011 and got a better result. All things considered on this test, I moved from a D up to a B today. Also, approx 9-10 after begining this regimine, my dizzy spells went away which I was having 2-3 times a wk with a super low BP. I also believe that taking the Arginine is responsible for my getting thru cold season this yr without getting a sinus infection, followed by Bronchitis and then Pneumonia which has happened to me the past 4 yrs except this yr. I'm anxious to retest again this Dec. 2011.

Advice & Tips: One unexpected effects of taking this supplement was that prior to starting it, I was having dizzy spells at least 2-3 times a wk. I would get dizzy suddenly, felt like I was going to faint and my heart used to race. I would have to sit down right away. After being on this supplement for approx 8 wks, those dizzy spells quit. I've only had 2 since. I take this supplement daily.
