Advice & Tips: knee will swell but I found hours of frozen vegatable packs place on knee then a hot bath before bed helped the swelling, noticable improvement after first shot for me, varies from individual to individual. Shot is not painful, swelling is minor and discomfort goes away in a couple of days. I am still having pain in my knee but I can walk much better, have 3 in a total of two to go, should last at least 6 months. My hips aren't in as much pain as they were. Finished with the shots and anticipating how long they will last, I have greater mobility with less pain.
