Advice & Tips: Dosage says 4 tablets a day, spread out and taken with meals. I've had loose watery stools every day that I've taken this supplement, regardless of whether I spread the dosage out throughout the day or do it all at once, take with food or without. I am now halving the dose to see if that helps. I figure I'm not getting the benefit if it's all going straight out of me ;)
