Advice & Tips: I use Meclizine for Vertigo or dizziness attacks. I am dealing with constant tinnitus as well. On 12/26/10, I developed a SUDDEN case of dizziness (less than vertigo) and unsteadiness. I have treated it with 50 MGS of Meclizine.
