Advice & Tips: Because I had a gastric bypass I have to eat less than what a "normal" person eats. The negative effect of this is hypoglycemia, or low blood sugar. It's difficult to know when a negative reaction would occur. The dosage was lowered and I am better, overall with the diabetes. I still have intermittent low blood sugar reactions.
