Advice & Tips: My finger nails went from brittle, weak, thin , Back to normal. My toe nails are looking more normal too. My skin evened out more. Not so dry in patches. Not using as much lotion to soften. Almost back to how it used to be! : ) My hair doesn't seem to be thinning like it was. And has grown like normal this month. Down side not so bad, just DRINK JUICE!! A LOT !! LOL
