Advice & Tips:
It is very hard to make myself exercise, but I find that it helps with pain, fatigue, stiffness, and even lifts my mood. I TRY very hard to adhere to a daily schedule of either walking about 2 miles, or doing stretching and basic strength exercises such as push ups, sit ups, and jumping jacks. It seems to help my shoulders and arms the most, which are extremely weak. The resulting pain from doing this is better than the pain of not doing it at all, and it is gradually boosting my strength little by little.
