Advice & Tips: I think this is the main reason I have less nightmares. I wake up without having rested the same as before but at least the nights are less stressful. Something you should have in mind (even though it may be different for each person): this causes excessive sleepiness especially the next 8-9 hours after taken, so better take it right after dinner instead of waiting to bedtime (for example I wake up at 6am so I take it at 9pm) Due to sleepiness increasing as temperature does, I have now decided to only take this on weekends, otherwise I would fall asleep right before dinner.
