Advice & Tips: At first I had a 10 to 20% pain reduction. After aprox. 2 month it was 30 to 40%. But after that positive effect, I felt I needed my shot still closer, and in the end (6 month after start, a shot did not make any difference. We tried to boost it with some Solu-Medrol, but with no luck. Today I will start adalimumap "Hyrimoz" instead.
