Advice & Tips: For some reason (possibly a side effect of the Lyrica, possibly just fibro) I sometimes wake in the night with a burning desire to stretch everything, and when I stop stretching any muscle it insists of being stretched again. I writhe on the bed and it's torturous. The valium does wonders for getting my muscles to chill out and has the added benefit of helping me fall (back) asleep.
