Advice & Tips: Prednisolone caused my osteoporosis, and since I have quited Prednisolone, I allso figure that I can quit Alendronate. After all, my bones need to do it's natural exchange of chalck and I don't think it will do me good in the long run, but I am sure it helped me through the period of Prednisolone.
