Advice & Tips: When they tell you about this making you more sensitive to the sun they are telling the truth. One summer I was taking it and was sitting at a parade, wearing shorts and sunscreen. By the time I got home I could tell that I had a sunburn and within a couple hours had blisters forming. The burn was bad enough that my legs ended up swelling a lot. I ended up on oral steroids for 2 weeks for a second degree burn.
