Advice & Tips: I have started the Copaxone 40mgs 3X a week injection and this will be a lifesaver for me. I also used some Benadryl cream after the injection and this helped with the site injection welt I typically get. Remarkable results using that cream. Wish I would have known earlier! I have to go on a DMD after my last relapse. Don't want any more issues.

Advice & Tips: I have discontinued Copaxone 40 mgs after a bad allergic reaction (anaphylactic reaction whcih was more than the immediate post injection reaction). Face flushing, chest and back pain, throat closing, extreme chest and back pain and heart rate jumping around from 55 to 155 in a matter of a minute - feeling of doom, thought I was dying for sure but did everything to stay calm and took 50 mgs of Benadryl and Combivent. It was pretty horrible to be honest. I have started Aubagio and am on my second dose today. Some diarrhea and night sweats.

Advice & Tips: This round of Copaxone has not been good for me. I have now developed large, itchy welts that are still present over 5 days later with no sign of going away. I am concerned about cellulitis and my risk for that. This drug is not worth the hassle for me.

Advice & Tips: I have started Copaxone again and am now getting large, itchy welts (like a large mosquito bite that have lasted almost 48 hours). Feels more like an allergic reaction of some type????

Advice & Tips: The shot is going to sting a little bit. To cut down on the sting, make sure that the drop on the end of the needle is shaken away and make sure the alcohol on the site is dried.
