Advice & Tips: The PT showed me the heel tap & hip rock (I don't know if these are the proper names) are simple enough and I am told that the purpose is to allow built up toxens in the muscles to dissapate, decreasing pain & muscle spasms. They do seem to help some after I've been in the same position (sleeping) for a few hours. I rarely sleep more than 4-5 hours and do turn over a few times, due to pain awakening me.
