Advice & Tips: I am happy with the effectiveness with Rytary compared to Sinemet. I tried 4x a day, but i got wiggly in the evening. Yet, if I had to be out and about in the evening, I would take the 4th dose. I wonder if I'm more wakeful with Rytary and need less modafinil?

Advice & Tips: I noticed a lack of effectiveness in early August. Neurologist said to add one 25/100 carbidopa/levadopa to the the 36.25/145 mg Rytary dose. After couple weeks it seemed to be enough. At that point I started one dose 48.75-195 mg four times daily. It is acceptable. I take it every 4 hours , starting at 6am. Sometimes I don't take the 6pm dose.

Dosage: 36.25-145 mg Four times daily
Advice & Tips: Rytary has smoothed out the peaks and valleys. It took about 6 weeks of futzing with the timing. I was pleasantly surprised. It makes it easier to predict the days outings I'm able to trust my body. Note: my insurance is a HDHP so my cost varies from 100% of negotiated cost, to 20%, to 0%.
