Advice & Tips: Have to dial it in as I go. Too much or to many days you get constipated. Stop and in a few days diarrhea returns. Intestinal muscles are weak, bowel movements need to be the consistency of thick pudding.

Advice & Tips: Stopped diarrhea in 3 days, then for fear of constipation, stopped taking it. in 4 days diarrhea returned. Started taking it again my 2nd day diarrhea stopped again.
