Advice & Tips: I was having severe insomnia with the medications I am taking and with stress. I was originally on Sonata, which helped moderately, but I was having very vivid dreams that woke me up at night with tears streaming down my face. The doctor changed me to Rozerem 8mg and increased my Klonopin to 2mg at night, and my vivid dreams stopped, and I can now sleep 7-8 hours straight through the night.
