Advice & Tips:
The only difference between the Paleo-diet and the Swank-diet I have been on for two years is the additional elimination of all dairy, legumes, and grains.
Within 1 week on the Paleo-diet, I have become more mentally acute and most inflammation on the right side of my body has ceased.
Within 3 weeks on the Paleo-diet, the ceased inflammation has been slowly replaced by soreness on the right side of my body.
