I have been unable to practice much physical yoga over the past 3 years due to RA joint and limb pain but I continue to use pranayama techniques, meditation and mantra to unite body and soul. This helps me to find my centre, feel grounded, connect to the Earth and my inner strength. From this place I am able to manage life's challenges with greater ease.
