Advice & Tips:
I take this along with Wellbutrin. Neither of them worked alone but taking the latter in the morning and the former at night along with the lorazepam did the trick. As for dysthymia and PSTD I think psychotherapy is best for those.
Since taking this combination and many years of therapy my life has changed for the better radically. I've been on this combination since 2008 I think... It helped to stabilize me enough to stick out years of very difficult therapy. I had quit therapy after 6 years because I was so despondent and suicidal but a combination of going to Menninger Clinic in Houston, Texas, getting my meds straight and finding a better therapist who actually understood how to treat PTSD and deal with a severely decompensated human being who was barely civil most of the time for the first two years was some kind of miracle.
