Advice & Tips: Tried three days as a lady in one of my Facebook groups with ME/CFS since nine years got well after one week of 10 mgs/day. Two people were helped. One with pain in arms and legs within one hour, the other lady mentioned above the morning after and just kept getting better as the days passed. No effect at all for me.
