Advice & Tips: I decided to stop using the soap as well as the cream and just use a very gentle, all natural, rose oil soap and Weleda citrus skin cream.  Since my depression is not as bad now I take showers or baths (with epsom salts) more regularly (every 3-4 days) and that all seems to heave  helped.  I think the factors of better coping, better self care overall has allowed me to discover other ways to deal with my dry, sensitive skin.

Advice & Tips: The package say a little goes a long way so I found if I use a really natural, completely fragrance free* cream with the medihoney which is a bit thick and hard to spread, that I could get away with moisturizing my skin and protecting it from eczema just great. *Really read all labels on your creams or anything else you use on areas that are affected. Fragrance is in so many things even if the lady behind the counter says it's not or the packaging label says it's not.... you'd be surprised how many creams and products still contain them. Once I stopped using any fragrance at all and started using "Borage Therapy" moistening cream (a squirt in one hand and a small squirt of medihoney in the other and then just blend in your hands before applying) it not only made the Medihoney last longer but just as effectively but that meant it was saving me money. Also note that I don't use regular soap when I shower or bathe. Another skin saver for me -- I use Panoxyl soap, leave it on for 1-2 minutes and then rinse thoroughly. If you don't rinse well and then use a colored towel and/or bath math the soap might leave white drip marks so I always use a white towel just in case.
