Advice & Tips: I now do more outdoor activities, like walk, run and biking. I am saving money. The gym was very useful to get more strenght, balance, coordination and flexibility. I also found out that it was very useful to fight depressive thoughts, so it gave me a nice boost of motivation.

Advice & Tips: Major benefits on general health and to MS, of course. Social benefits unexpected and very welcomed. Lazyness, depression and burden were the reason of the drop off.
