Advice & Tips: Major help against back/neck/head/jaw pain associated with CFS. The culprits were the breast muscles and masseter (jaw). Worked intensely on those for some weeks with (tennis ball against the wall for the breast muscles and fingers for the masseter). Once those were better I can now keep the neck/head aches mostly around my period in check by using a tennis ball in bed for the trapezius. It still aches all the time, but I am in much more control and can alleviate it effectively when turning too bad. An incredible relief!
