Advice & Tips:
Potassium citrate is an over-the-counter (OTC) drug and, as far as I can tell, is a lot more effective, and cheaper!, than cranberry juice and, for a diabetic, there is very little sugar.
Note that the PLM system does not let me enter the dosage so I take a sachet in water every four hour or as required... about mid-morning and just before bed.
