Advice & Tips: When I can stick to it, which is difficult for me (high grade protein and fat are much more expensive than carbs) my brain is much clearer and I have more energy. Staying under 20 (or even 40) grams of carbs a day has been really tough. It's worth it when I can manage it. My potassium levels have dropped, too, and I've needed to watch that, as well.
