Advice & Tips: This is an over the counter remedy for minor aches and pains and stiffness of joints associated with arthritis, tendonitis, rheumatism, and simple backache. When I first started applying this gel my hands would get a lot of relief but as the years have passed the effects are less but still greatly appreciated. I use it most especially before bed when my hands are the most achey after a days gripping, washing, carrying, twisting, wringing, etc. of all the things we use our hands for. I sometimes apply it to my feet or knees or neck as well. It reduces that burning feeling swollen joints and muscles have which is also a great help.
