Advice & Tips: Day 20 post BSSO advancement Almost three weeks, and doing fine, Biggest impact is making sure my food is balanced nutrition, for the best healing. Due to a popped stitch 2 weeks ago, I am on a full liquid diet, and using a syringe to the centre and back of tongue to avoid getting food caught. This week the office is closed and I can not tell if it has healed, not sure where to look and if I can open my mouth wide enough. So better safe than sorry. I am already on a second round of antibiotics. I think all is well as no discharge, bad taste in my mouth or outside signs of redness or swelling.
