Advice & Tips: I use Aura Cacia lavender, or other of their bath salts which dissolve very easily in with the water and epsom salts. If I don't have a packet of the Aura Cacia (one packet is good for three baths) I used drop of essential oil mixed into a cup of milk for pouring into the bath and dissipating. I also use my long paddle like back scrubber and use it to stir the water flowing into the tub in an infinity motion to aerate the water and help enliven it. Water is a sacred element and yet we now pipe it, put chlorine into it, and take it for granted in our homes. I like this brief ritual of thanking the water and helping to create and more positive energy for myself to soak in. I think this is also the reason I sleep so well if I get into bed right away. That means planning on the bath and taking care of anything beforehand you may need to do or that can wait until tomorrow. There is a spiritual energy one can put into and receive with this daily, weekly or as needed ritual.
