Advice & Tips: I got really bad even though I had ridden a bicycle in the past while suffering from FMS. But I thought I wouldn't be able to handle bike riding again. -e specially pushing down on the peddles and mounting the seat. I thought my nest stop would be an electric cart. So I got my neighbor to cut down a BMX bike and build me a scooter because I reasoned it was easier to mount the thing. Two years back I graduated to a kickbike < My story: http://kickbike.blogspot.com/ >and I use that to get around in even to do the shopping. The real plus is that if you can't ride the thing sometimes you simply push it and use the machine as a sort of walking frame. Kickbikes are great because they are so light and I don't notice the narrow foot board. I ride it on the sidewalk or road and its easy to get off and on.
