Advice & Tips: After starting this supplemental for high BP, I was stunned to see in just 3 days my BP come down. I'm monitoring my BP for 3 wks three times per day and my BP has been the lowest it's been in 20 yrs. The 3 prescribed meds that my Dr had me on previously never took my BP down to safe levels. Also, I noticed that since being off of the prescribed meds, my Kidney doesn't hurt anymore. It constantly felt like someone punched me in the Kidney and the best part is that this supp only cost me $20.00 while the script cost me $90 for a month supply that didn't do anything.
