Advice & Tips: This medication used to work better but apparently I developed a tolerance to it. It was doing so little for me that my doctor & I decided to discontinue usage as we are trying to cut back on the amount of meds I take.

Advice & Tips: Unexpected benefits: Helps get better and more sleep a little bit. Note: When I'm listed as beginning this med, I was actually taking Flexeril and over time we tried about half a dozen different muscle relaxants. The Flexeril did absolutely nothing for me. And while some of the others helped a little bit, Carisoprodol helped the most, but, as I said, it only helps a little bit. Most of the time my muscles are as tight as piano wire.
