Advice & Tips: due to frequency of my shingles outbreaks, i always kept it onhand and then one day my Dr. suggest we try a daily dose which has worked well at keeping the outbreaks under control. when i did not take daily, I could tell when the shingles were coming on and would start taking as soon as possible. The sooner I started taking the better off I was. The quicker it was gone.
