Advice & Tips:
Sleep logs and tests fail to address my problems which are (at least) twofold. 1) I don't fall sleep or stay asleep at night and 2) I'm exhausted during the day. Apparently, I don't have apnea or other sleep disorders per se. I have been diagnosed with tons of other things wrong which could make sleep disorders occur: disorders, conditions, medications. Newly added are Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Chronic Pain Syndrome, even though they've been formally diagnosed for the past 30 years.

Advice & Tips:
Positive: Gave a visual display of my actual sleep/wake schedule, which included motion and noise that can be disturbing during the night.
Negative: Doctor's Diagnosis: "You are so tired because you don't get enough sleep." (DUHHH - We ARE in Maine; what did I expect?)
