Advice & Tips: I was in such nerve pain before my colonoscopy & Endoscopy & when I woke the pain was way too to about a 5/6 versus way beyond a 10, to where I wanted someone to put me out of my misery. They gave it to me through IV with Versed, which is an Amnesia inducing medication, so I'm not sure which side effects were caused by the Fentanyl alone, but my rectum & throat didn't hurt either. Some mod throat scratchiness, but that's it.
