Advice & Tips: Terrific piece of kit. Not only cleans my bum, it polishes it. I got one which fixes onto the top of my toilet this cost about £550 the cost was covered by the NHS. If there is a problem with this device, it is this; you get so used to having it at home, its difficult to do without it when you go out!
