Advice & Tips: I have been consuming Trehalose for almost a week now. I am at a point in my progression where it is very difficult for me to get out of my chair. I can do it only 50% of the time. So I can detect small changes in my strength in theory. So far there has been no change except perhaps a little decline consistent with my current rate of progression. Certainly no improvement. Side effect: very mild nausea
