Dosage: 40 mg/0.8 mL Every Other Week

Advice & Tips: I switch off which thighs I inject Humira into every other week. I have a high pain tolerance so I honestly just give it to myself and keep living, but I have friends who have to ice their thighs before and after. I believe another spot for possible injection was my stomach, but I refused to ever even try that, especially considering all the surgeries I was recovering from.
